We clean and wash our octopus well.
We cut it into pieces of about 3 points or more.
We open two non-stick greaseproof papers.
We place the octopus and the rest of the ingredients inside.
We wrap well so that the liquids do not escape.
For greater safety, we also use aluminum foil on the outside.
We place them in a small pan.
We bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 2 hours.
If we want, we can use frozen instead of fresh octopus.
We pour the vinegar after baking, because our octopus will be harden.
