Returns

You have the right to return the products you purchased and request a replacement in all cases where, due to proven fault of monasticrepublic.com, incorrect or defective products were sold (errors in order processing, invoicing, shipping, damaged during transport, poor packaging, etc.).

The customer has the option either to refuse acceptance of the product upon delivery or, if already accepted, to return the product within 20 days from the date of delivery. In all cases, the products must be returned in perfect condition, as received by the customer, complete and undamaged, with the packaging that normally accompanies the product being in excellent condition. If the products are not returned within 20 days, monasticrepublic.com reserves the right to not accept any return or replacement.

If the reason for returning the product is that you changed your mind or were not satisfied with the product, provided it meets the return conditions, you may request a refund, excluding shipping and return costs.

In any case, the maximum time limit for a return and replacement cannot exceed twenty (20) calendar days from the date of receipt. Additionally, for all cases, the product to be replaced must be accompanied by the original purchase receipt.

For all of the above cases, the products to be replaced must be in the condition they were received by the customer, complete and undamaged, and the packaging should be the one that normally accompanies the product and be in excellent condition, along with all accompanying documents (e.g., shipping document, retail receipt, etc.).
