For your best service, your order is usually shipped by the cooperating courier company ACS - DHL EXPRESS. Shipments with a shipping company are made for specific, bulky products for which you are automatically informed upon completion of your order and are not shipped with cash on delivery.

Orders placed on monasticrepublic.com on business days until 15:00, and if the product is available, are usually delivered the following 4-5 business days. For island areas and the Peloponnese, the delivery time varies accordingly and can reach 7 business days. In areas that are characterized as inaccessible by the cooperating courier company, the delivery time may differ.

To avoid additional shipping charges, the order is executed when all the products included in it are available. If for any reason you wish to deliver only the available products of the order, please call us at +030 2294152511, stating the order number. Deliveries are made from Monday to Friday 9:00 to 17:00. In case you wish to receive outside these hours, you can contact the local offices of the courier company. Deliveries are not made on holidays. The delivery days and times are valid only for working days and hours respectively; they do not apply to holidays and weekends.

For orders containing products that are not immediately available, we will contact you by phone to inform you of their delivery time.
