We boil our shrimps.
We clean them well. If necessary, remove the intestine from their spine.
We wash our vegetables well and cut them.
We put the fresh lettuce in a bowl and then the rest of our vegetables.
We add a little salt.
We mix well.
Then, we put in our shrimps.
Finally, we add some olive oil.
We can use either fresh or frozen shrimp.
The shrimps would be good to be already boiled so that we don't waste time.
We can pour lemon or vinegar over it.
We can add any other vegetable we want.
