We wash our vegetables well.

We cut the lettuce into thin slices.

We grate the carrot on the grater.

We cut the pepper into strips.

We put all the vegetables in a bowl.

We sprinkle them with salt and lemon juice.

We mix well.

We cover with a film and put them in the fridge for 1 hour.

We drain them well to remove all their liquid.

We put them in another bowl or in a salad bowl.

We season with pepper.

We pour a little oil and olives.

Tips

If we want, we can also add red cabbage.

We can add capers instead of olives as a garnish.
