We wash and drain our vegetables well.
We cut them in medium-pieces.
In a pot, we put water and we let it boil.
We add a pinch of salt to the water.
Then, we add the vegetables to the boiling water.
We cook them for about 5-7 minutes.
Once the vegetables are cooked we remove the pot from the heat and we drain them.
We rinse them briefly under cold water to stop the cooking process and cool them down.
Then, we transfer them to a mixing bowl.
We season them with a little more salt if needed and toss.
We can boil whatever vegetables we want.
For serving, we can put olive oil, lemon or vinegar on top of our vegetables if we want.
