Zucchini fasting pie

First we wash and clean the zucchinis and then we grate them on the coarse side of a grater.
We place them in a strainer, sprinkle with a little salt and leave them for a few minutes to extract as much liquid as possible. At the end we squeeze them with our hands.
We mix the zucchini with the semolina.
We oil well our pan which is of medium size.
We lay out the 1st sheet, oil it with a brush and sprinkle with some chopped walnuts. We repeat the same for the 2nd sheet.
We place the 3rd sheet, crumpling it up and sprinkle lightly with the zucchini mixture. We repeat for the 4th and 5th sheet.
For the next two leaves, do what we did for the first two, that is, oil and sprinkle walnuts.
The last leaf is simply oiled and sprinkle with a little sesame.
We cut into pieces only the top leaves and sprinkle with a little water.
We bake the pie in a preheated over at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
If we don't have semolina we can use pounded rice.
