We start with the syrup, so that it has time to cool. We boil the water with the sugar for about 8 minutes.
We roast the sesame and mix it with the walnuts, sugar, cinnamon and cloves.
We place about 5-6 leaves on a greased tray and grease them one by one.
Then, we sprinkle a little filling on each of the next 3-4 leaves.
Finally, we lay out about 3 leaves, oiling them as well.
Then, we cut the pie, sprinkle it with hot corn oil, sprinkle with sesame seeds and bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
Once the pie is baked, we pour the cold syrup over it, cut into pieces and serve.
We leave the crust sheet out of the refrigerator for at least 2 hours before using it, so that it thaws completely.
