Ingredients
Execution Method

We boil the spaghetti with salt and strain it.

But we let them for a while.

While they are boiling, we prepare our béchamel.

We grease our pan with a little butter or oil.

We drain the spaghetti and half of the béchamel.

We mix well.

We spread them, flatten them and pour the rest of the béchamel on top.

We sprinkle with some cheese.

We bake in a moderate oven until our food is golden brown.

Tips

We can choose any type of pasta we want.

We can use potatoes instead of pasta.

This recipe can be prepared using a fasting-friendly béchamel sauce or a traditional one, providing flexibility for both fasting and non-fasting preferences. For the second one, we beat 2 glasses of milk with 3 spoons of flour and 3 eggs. We put them in a saucepan on a low heat and wait for it to thicken, then we add butter and salt. At the end, we add some grated cheese.
