Ingredients
Execution Method

We boil all our vegetables in a pot.

When they are half-boiled, we pour the tomato paste diluted with a little warm water.

We add the oil and pepper.

When they boil, we add a liter of water to our mixture and wait for it to boil.

Then, we add the rice.

We have preheated the oven to 250 degrees.

When the rice boils, we pour it into the pan and put it in the oven.

After it has absorb all its liquids, we take it out of the oven and serve.

Tips

It can also be made without tomato sauce.

If we are not fasting, we can add 1 tbsp. butter.

It can also be made with tuna. Simply we add 1 package of tuna for 1/2 kilo of rice, melt the tuna with a fork and pour it into the sauce.
