Red lentils

We grind the onions and potatoes well on the grater.
We clean and boil the lentils together with the onions and potatoes.
After a while, we add the rice.
When they start to curdle, we add the salt, oil, tomato paste and red pepper.
We let it simmer on a very low heat until it melts.
We can also add grated dry mint leaves if we want.
This recipe can be made without oil or with tahini.
