Giant beans with spinach

We soak the beans for 10-12 hours before cooking them.
We strain them.
We boil them with a little salt.
At the same point, we clean and wash the spinach well.
We cut it into approximately 3-4 (depending on its length).
We blanch it in boiling water with a little salt.
We drain it.
We sauté the chopped onion.
In it we make our sauce.
We drain our beans and spinach if they have a lot of juices.
We mix everything together.
When the sauce sets we withdraw.
We are careful not to be melted during the boiling.
