We soak the chickpeas from the night before.
In the morning, we drain the water and mix them with the soda (1 tbsp).
We leave them for 1 hour.
Then, we wash them very well and rub them to remove the skins.
We boil them with a little water on low heat.
At the same time, we prepare the sauce.
We sauté the chopped onions.
We add the chopped tuna, garlic and all other ingredients.
We let them boil for a few minutes.
When our sauce is ready, we add the chickpeas.
When they also take a few boils together, we withdraw.
If we want, we can put 4-5 fresh onions instead of dry together with 2-3 tomatoes and 1 bunch of chopped dill instead of bay leaves. We can remove the spice and garlic.
If we want, we can garnish with a few chopped olives.
