Chickpeas in the oven

We soak our chickpeas from the night before, covered in hot water with salt.
In the morning, we wash them and drain them well.
We put 2 liters of water in a pot.
As soon as it starts to boil, we root the chickpeas and let them boil for 30 minutes on high heat.
We turn on the oven at 200 degrees.
At the same time, we clean our onions and cut them into slices.
We put the chickpeas with their juice in a pan and pour the onions on top.
We add oil.
We put the pan in the oven.
After 30 minutes, we lower the oven to 100 degrees.
We leave them for 2:30 hours.
We may need to add more water.
If we want, we can garnish our food with a little rosemary.
If we don't have a pan, we can also put it in a pyrex.
