We clean the potatoes well.
We cut them into cubes.
At the same time, we chop the onions.
We put water in a pot to boil.
We add a little salt.
We put the potatoes and onions in the pot.
When they are ready, we strain them together with the onions.
In a bowl, we melt them.
We add red pepper, a little oil and the crumb from the tomatoes.
We mix well.
We cut the puff pastry into squares and add some filling.
We fold them.
We bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 45 minutes.
When they are golden brown on both sides, we take them out of the oven and serve them hot.
