Pasta with mushroom and spinach
Spaghetti with spinach and mushrooms is an easy, fast and fasting food that anyone can make in a short time. We boil the pasta.
We drain and set aside.
We heat the olive oil in a pan over medium heat.
We add the chopped garlic and saute for 1-2 minutes.
We add the sliced mushrooms to the pan and cook for 5-6 minutes until they soften and release their juices.
We add the chopped spinach to the pan and cook for another 2-3 minutes until wilted.
We add the pasta to the pan, along with the lemon juice.
We season with salt and pepper.
We stir well until well combined and heated through.
We remove the pan from the heat.
We serve our food with red pepper flakes and fresh parsley.
We can put whatever pasta we have or want.
The execution time of the recipe may vary, depending on how much we boil our pasta.
If we don't have fresh mushrooms, we can use canned.
