Omelette with mushrooms
The omelette with mushrooms is the ideal dish for catalysis days as it is an easy, quick and delicious recipe that any of us can make with very few ingredients. Try this recipe from Mount Athos and see how simple it is to make it.
We clean and chop the mushrooms.
We put some butter in a pan and saute the mushrooms.
At the same time, in another pan, we cook our omelette.
In the middle, we add the mushrooms, cheese and pepper.
We fold the omelet and serve.
If we don't have fresh mushrooms, we can use canned ones.
In addition to mushrooms, we can add any other vegetable we want.
If we want to make the omelet fasting, instead of butter we use oil and add fasting cheeses.
We can put the vegetables that we will choose once good in the omelette. Just while we are sauteing the vegetables, pour the eggs on top.
