Υogurt dessert
An easy and quick summer recipe for a refreshing yogurt dessert. A recipe that each of us can make in a very short time and with few ingredients. Try this refreshing dessert from Mount Athos. Ideal for the days when the consumption of dairy products, such as yogurt or cream, is allowed.
We pour 1 cup of water from the compote, jelly, sugar into a pot and heat them.
We pot the yogurt in a bowl and beat it with the mixer until it becomes frothy.
Once the mixture with the jelly has cooled, we add it to the yogurt and beat with the mixer until you have a smooth cream.
We leave the cream for a while in the fridge to cool and then we add some pieces of pineapple from the compote.

We serve the yogurt dessert in bowls, garnished with a little whipped cream and a little pineapple.
For the garnish we can use any other compote or fresh fruit.
