We pour the corn oil, sugar, cinnamon, lemon zest into a bowl and mix well with a whisk.
We add the orange juice, lemon juice, carrots, flour and mix well.
Finally we add the walnuts and raisins.
We pour the mixture into a buttered cake tin with a little margarine.
We bake in a preheated oven at 180 degrees for about 1 hour.
