We put the biscuits in a bowl, break them into small pieces and moisten them with the brandy.
We beat the butter and sugar well in the mixer for 5 minutes.
We add the cocoa while continuing to beat.
We add the biscuits, walnuts and mix very well.
We transfer the mixture to aluminum foil or greaseproof paper and fold it tightly into a roll.
We put it in the fridge for at least 4 hours to freeze.
The butter should be at room temperature. If necessary, we heat it slightly.
