We beat the biscuits in a blender until they become powder and then we roast them with the margarine.
We transfer the mixture to a round plate with a ring or a form with a removable base and spread it well without gaps.
We put the cheesecake base in the fridge to cool.
We put the cream cheese in a bowl, beat it with the mixer until foamy and slowly add the condensed milk and lemon juice.
We spread the cream well on the base of the cheesecake.
We dissolve the corn flour in the cognac.
We heat the jam in a pan until it melts and add the cognac mixture.
When the jam mixture has cooled, we pour it over the cheesecake.
We garnish with the fruit glaze.
If we don't have a round mold with a removable base or rim, we can make individual cheesecake by putting the preparations in bowls or glasses.
We can use any other jam we like or why not some sweet sour cherry.
