Coffee with tahini is very tasty and invigorating, that's why the monks make it for Holy Four. Try this recipe with your favorite coffee from Mount Athos and be suprised by its unexpected taste:
We brew our coffee as we want it (heavy, medium) but in a lot of water (about a cup of tea).
We make the quantity in such a way that the tahini can also fit.
We pour the tahini into our cup.
When our coffee is ready, little by little we pour the coffee from the pot, beating it with the tahini.
We can make the recipe with any coffee we want.
We can beat the coffee with the tahini and with the small frappe machine.
