This fine oval icon of Saint Tatiana is depicted in accordance to the tradition of Orthodox iconography. A lithograph copy is placed on artificial wood, the upper side has a curved shape adds a touch of elegance.
Saint Tatiana came from Rome and was a student of the Apostles Peter and Paul. During the time of the emperor Alexander Severus (222-235 AD) she endured horrible torture for her faith, before testifying. Her memory is commemorated on January 12.
