Holy Monastery of Konstamonitou

The miraculous icon of the Protomartyr and Archdeacon Stefanos, located on the southeast column of the katholikon, church of the Monastery of konstamonitou, goes back according to tradition to the period of iconoclasm. It was thrown into the fire, but was not burnt, except a little at the bottom.
