Mary of Kazan Serigraph on Wood

It is a fine serigraph icon of Virgin Mary of Kazan, also known as Mother of God of Kazan, or Our Lady of Kazan. It is the icon of highest stature within the Russian Orthodox Church and it is considered as the Patroness of all of Russians and Rus. The theme is inspired by the original icon and crafted by devoted monks of Mount Athos, following the rich tradition of Orthodox iconography.
