It is a fine serigraph icon of the Saints and Isapostles Konstantinos (Constantinos - Constantine) [27th February 272 - 22nd May 337] and Eleni (Helena - Helene - Helen) [246/248 - 330]. The original theme is crafted by devoted monks from Mount Athos, following the rich tradition of Orthodox iconography.
