Aromatic rose wicks from the Hesychasterion of Saint David of Thessaloniki, one of the most remote hermitages of Karoulia, Mount Athos. Karouria is the most secluded area of the Holy Mountain, once accessible only by rope and pulley, a place of deep prayer and silence. The wicks are handcrafted by Fr. Joseph the Monk and provide clean, smokeless burning, filling the space with the deep, sacred fragrance of myrrh during prayer.
