It is a monastic rose syrup made by the nuns of the Monastery of Saint John the Baptist at Vomvokou. It is made of rose petals organically grown in the gardens of the monastery, with the addition of sugar. It may be diluted with cool water and served with ice. Packed in bottles of 250 ml / 8.45 oz.
