The monastic mixed tea from the Monastery of Xenophontos, takes care of the proper functioning of the liver, thanks to the beneficial properties of its ingredients. Collected by Greek Orthodox monks here on Mount Athos, this natural tea contains a blend of the following herbs: nettle, rosemary, thyme, mint, laurel, linden and spearmint. It strengthens the immune system and gives well-being.
The procedure for making a tea infusion is as follows:
1. Boil water
2. Remove the water from the fire.
3. Add the herb to the hot water.
4. Cover and let the decoction stand for 7-10 minutes.
5. Strain (if necessary) and drink.
