When using candle oil or holy water for healing

O Master, Lord Jesus Christ, our Savior, Who alone has the power to forgive sins, and are our Loving God, overlook, we beseech You, the transgressions of Your servant (Name), whether of knowledge or ignorance, granting to him (her) to partake without condemnation of Your immaculate Mysteries, not unto judgment, nor to the increase of sins, but to the cleansing of soul and body, and to the inheritance of Your Kingdom; for You are his (her) help and a firm wall and bulwark against the Adversary, and the purification of his (her) iniquities; for You are our merciful and Manbefriending God, and to You do we send up Glory: to the Father, and to the Son, and to the Holy Spirit, both now and ever, and to the ages of ages.
